Agarwal Taxcon Pvt. Ltd. is a consultancy firm providing professional services that require time, expertise, and resources. Our fee structure is based on the effort and knowledge invested in providing these services. Therefore, once an engagement is initiated and work has commenced, a refund of our professional fees is generally not possible.
All requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the management of Agarwal Taxcon Pvt. Ltd.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees associated with our services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

Government Fees: Any fees paid to government agencies or regulatory bodies (e.g., Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Registrar of Companies (ROC), GST department, Income Tax department, trademark registry) are non-refundable.

Third-Party Charges: Any fees paid to third-party vendors, associates, or partners on your behalf are non-refundable

Taxes:Any taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), paid on our professional fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund of Professional Fees

Our professional fees may be considered for a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation Before Commencement of Work: : If you decide to cancel your engagement before we have commenced any work on your behalf, you may be eligible for a refund of the professional fee paid, subject to a deduction of a processing fee.

Cancellation After Commencement of Work: If you cancel the service after we have started the work, no refund of the professional fee will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered, at the sole discretion of our management, based on the amount of work already completed.

Service Delivery Issues: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues. Refunds due to non-delivery or unsatisfactory delivery of service will be evaluated based on the terms outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or engagement letter.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our official email address. The request should include:
